This is a crucial time for farming. It is vital the new government
recognises that policies and market condition need to change if small
farmers are to prosper, and we are to get the high quality food and
environment we have a right to expect. We need an end to policies which
favour big intensive farms and corporate interests.
The delegation will be presenting a radical joint statement about present
and future agricultural policies and a copy of Josi Bovi, and Fran?ois
Dufour new book: The World Is Not For Sale Farmers Against Junk Food to
MAFF and Downing St. The delegation will be supported by farmers and
environmentalists carrying placards and performing stunts.
